1. Head of Structured Real Estate Finance, UAE
Our client, a prestigious regional Investment Bank is looking for a senior banker to build and
develop their real estate nance business in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a bespoke real estate nance platform.
• Engage and attract institutional and private investors.
• Deploy the bank’s capital to seed real estate investments.
• Develop an opportunistic approach to assist the wider business across real estate nance.
• Build a real estate investment team that can create, manage and divest real estate investments.
Requirements:
• Strong academic qualications.
• Must have a regional (Gulf) deal sheet.
• Specic experience with complex senior/mezz real estate project nance.
• At least 15 years’ experience of experience in developing real estate funds or a structured
nance background.

2. Compliance Manager, Bahrain
Our client, a prestigious nancial organization is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their
expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to develop policies and procedures for the
general Compliance Program in order to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels
for investigation and resolution.
• Provide reports on a regular basis as directed to keep the Board Audit and Risk Committee
informed of the operation and progress of compliance eŒorts.
• Develop, review and update the compliance code of conduct to ensure the code is up to date and
relevant in providing guidance to management and employees.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the compliance program and be the main point of contact for all
compliance related queries from management and regulatory authorities.
• Act as the Company’s main point of contact in respect of handling internal suspicious transaction
reports from Company staΠas well as the Financial Intelligence Unit and AML/CFT.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is desired, ideally with a professional qualication
in compliance preferred though nance related qualications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional compliance role with experience of working in a
Category 1 business investment rm in the GCC is preferred.
• Knowledge of MLRO, though additional Risk Management experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

in Bahrain. The successful candidate has to proactively identify, assess and manage risks in a
number of areas including corporate governance, regulatory and operational risk, business
continuity, information and security risk, technology risk and market and credit risk.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization.
• Carry out risk assessment; analyse risks as well as identify, describe and estimate the risks
aŒecting the business.
• Develop and maintain all risk related policies and procedures, in order to build an eŒective risk
framework for the company.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans to mitigate risks and provide training to build
risk awareness within the organization.
• Conduct risk evaluation; compare estimated risks with criteria established by the organisation
such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business related subject with professional risk qualications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Risk Manager in a bank in the GCC, though some people
management experience is desirable.

4. Internal Audit Manager, Bahrain
Our client, a prestigious bank is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their dynamic team in
Bahrain. The right candidate has to establish audit standards and practices through the maintenance,
review and update of the policies and procedures manual for the Internal Audit Department.
Responsibilities:
• Identify staŒ development needs and train them to ensure ongoing development of their skills and
capabilities.
• Report audit ndings, recommendations and management responses to the Executive Management
to follow up on the action plans.
• Submit the annual audit plan and audit reports including audit ndings and action plans as well as
progress on the clearance of ndings by management.
• Ensure compliance with the professional standards of audit conduct including but not limited to
compliance with a code of ethics, applicable laws and regulations.
• Make recommendations for enhancing the internal control environment after necessary discussion
with the respective department, ensuring that they are appropriate and agreeable
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with CIA or CPA qualication.
• Minimum 10 years of which prior experience in internal / external audit, with 2-3 years as audit
manager in a bank in the GCC.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
